If you accidentally lose your card or see a fishy transaction, just use your Inspired app to lock your card.  Locking your card will prevent the processing of future transactions. It’s super easy to do and only lasts until you unlock it, so if you find your card again or determine the transaction was legit, you can unlock your card without having to contact us. 

1) Open the Inspired app

2) Tap the gear icon in the upper left corner to open Settings

3) Tap “Manage Your Card”

4) Tap the toggle button to “Lock my card.” 

To unlock your Inspired Card, follow the steps above and tap the toggle that says “Unlock my Card”.
