If you’re worried your Inspired Card has been lost, stolen, or has unauthorized transactions, the first step is to lock your Inspired Card using your Inspired app.  

  • Simply log in and tap the gear icon for Settings then Manage Your Card.  
  • Flip the “Lock my Inspired Card” toggle and enter your PIN.  Rest assured that locking your Inspired Card will prevent the processing of future transactions.

After your card is locked, please contact the Inspired Member Services team either via our in-app chat in the Settings section, email at support@inspired.com, or via phone at 800-205-9347. We will be happy to send you a replacement card and/or file a dispute report for investigation.
