If you are experiencing any issues with the use or look of your card, we want to know!! Our top priority is making sure our members have a wonderful Inspired experience and we want to keep you looking good in the process!  

If your card seems to be damaged or is looking less that stellar, please contact us at support@inspired.com or chat with us via your Inspired app and we will assist you with ordering a replacement card. Your new card should arrive within 7-14 business days.
