If your bank is having connectivity issues, we’ll let you know during your linking process. Depending on your bank, you may still be able to enter your online banking credentials and just receive a warning that you might not be able to complete the process until your bank’s connectivity issues have been resolved. Or, you may not be able to enter your online banking credentials at all until your bank has resolved the issue.
But no worries, you can always give it another try a little later. Here’s how to get back to where you left off:
- Log into your Inspired app
- Tap the card icon on the bottom right of your screen then tap “Linked Cards” to get started.
- Tap the “+” to search for your card from the list of available providers, and enter your online banking credentials to securely link your card. You can repeat this step for all of your cards, debit and credit!
