For starters, Apple Pay is already locked when the device is locked. In order to use Apple Pay, a device passcode or Touch ID is required to complete each transaction. Additionally, you can always lock your Inspired Card right from your Inspired app, and this will prevent any transactions from going through on your physical card as well as through Apple Pay.
