It's important to keep the address in your Inspired profile up to date.  If you have moved recently without updating the address for your Inspired Card, you may start experiencing declined transactions when billing info is requested.  (Which is usually for charges from a website or over the phone.)

Updating your address is easy and can be done in your Inspired app!  Simply log in, select Settings then tap your name and address to access your profile information. Tap your address to edit, make the necessary adjustments then Save.

Did the address for your linked funding card change too?

If your new address is also one that has been updated with the bank of your linked funding card, you'll want to do a quick relink of your Inspired Card to refresh the address associated with your linked profile.  This is also an easy fix and just takes a moment, select Settings then Manage Your Card.  Tap the button to Change your linked card and relink your funding source.  It can be the same card as before, it's just necessary to refresh your linked profile!
